NAILD’s Product Sprint Awards Honor the Best in Lighting Design & Innovation
PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J.—March 2, 2017– Keystone Technologies, Green Creative, Lutron Electronics, Inc.
and Philips Lighting took home top honors at the 2017 Product Sprint Awards, the National Association of
Innovative Lighting Distributors (NAILD) announced today.
NAILD’s coveted Product Sprint awards honor lighting manufacturers with the best products in five categories.
Exhibitors showcased their newest products during NAILD’s Annual Conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek in
Orlando, Florida, on Feb. 21. NAILD’s distributor members voted to determine the winners of the prestigious
awards, which are the pinnacle of design innovation and technical achievement.
Keystone Technologies’ Smart Safe LED Emergency Battery Backup Kit earned the “Best Ballast/Driver” and
voters also named it the “Best Overall” product at the conference. It was the second year in a row that
Keystone Technologies swept both categories, winning last year with its Future Fit LED kits.
“This year’s entries demonstrated the great innovation and creativity of our industry,” said Robin Watt, who
was named NAILD president at the Annual Conference. “And the best part is Product Sprint winners are

accordingly. It provides emergency illumination of 500 or 1,200 lumens and it works in virtually any type of LED
fixture.
Best Accessory/Service: Lutron, LED Compatibility Tool
The LED Compatibility Tool helps users find the best bulb/dimmer combinations. Just answer a few basic
questions and the online tool will generate a short list of compatible bulbs or C·L dimmers for your needs.
