Jeff Barnhart has over 35 years of experience in the lighting industry and played a pivotal role in the integration of marketing and sales through three company mergers at Philips Lighting and the launch of one of the first energy-efficient, environmentally beneficial lighting products in the U.S. market. He has created brands, launched companies, created new programs and introduced new products for a variety of companies from Fortune 100 to startups. He was instrumental in introducing the EPA Green Lights program, the first voluntary government program that advocated using new lighting technologies to reduce electricity demand – the precursor to the current Energy Star program.
Roland provides strategic, managerial and administrative expertise to NAILD including event management and speaker development. She is responsible for overall association management, working closely with the president and board of directors to ensure that the Association is managed smoothly. She supervises day-to-day administration, handles membership activity, oversees association marketing, plans and manages the Annual Conference, attends trade shows, creates budgets and performs numerous other management tasks.

Christian plays an instrumental role as the chief financial officer at NAILD. Christian brings more than 20 years of experience in various financial roles across a diverse spectrum of industries. Prior to NAILD, he served as the vice president of finance for Origio in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and as the chief financial officer for Brite Star Manufacturing Company in Philadelphia.
With more than 20 years of association management experience under her belt, Lynn serves as event manager overseeing all meeting planning functions for NAILD. Lynn’s unrelenting passion to initiate innovative ways to strengthen, evolve, and surpass event management expectations yields unsurmountable results.
Kathy handles all Association administrative activities including membership recruitment, assisting with member inquiries, member database management as well as the LS accreditation program and event registrations.

Jennifer develops story ideas, writes articles, devises headlines, edits and manages the day-to-day operations for Today’s Lighting Distributor and A Light Read.
Joe is passionate about making connections and finding solutions and is responsible for advertising sales and direction forToday’s Lighting Distributor and A Light Read.
Ken provides strategic direction for Today’s Lighting Distributor. Working in tandem with Jennifer Kohlhepp, he helps to develop story lines and create growth for the publication. Ken is a strategic communications professional who protects and promotes the Association.
Karen supports NAILD identifying new initiatives that contributes to the overall NAILD brand strategy, promotional products and day-to-day marketing management.
Kristin maintains NAILD’s general ledger, prepares financial reports, reconciles bank accounts and records cash receipts and cash disbursements.
